Recently I have found myself not getting overly excited about beauty products.
Shocking behaviour, I know.
Over the past year I have found an array of skincare and make-up that I really love, and I can now officially claim that I have got stuck in a rut.
I wonder into a shop or browse online, and find myself buying the same products over and over again. Why change it if it’s not broken huh?
But it was inevitable that I would get bored and before I ran out and spent hundreds of pounds on new skincare and make-up I thought a great way to kick start and explore new brands and products, was to sign up to a monthly beauty subscription box.
My monthly budget was around the £15 mark, and after a little research I opted to try Look Fantastic’s Month Subscription Box.
I really like Look Fantastic’s website, the wide range of brands that they stock and I find the service to be top notch.
The subscription box service can be cancelled at anytime, so I plan to trial it for 3 months and then see how I feel in regards to continuing it, or cancelling it.
The parcel landed on my desk two days after I placed the order.
Packed into this months box were the following products:
- BIOEFFECT EGF Serum, 3ml ( £25)
- E-Cooking Peel Mask, 15ml ( £11.10)
- Bumble and bumble Surf Spray or Go Big Spray, 30ml (£2.40)
- SVR Topialyse Palpébral Irritated Eyelids Anti-Itching Soothing Cream, 15ml (£15)
- KORRES Soap (Chamomile, Pomegranate or Olive and Olive Blossom) (£5) *Scent may vary
- Filorga Lift Structure, 7ml (£9)
- Copy of the months Elle Magazine
This months box cost £15 including delivery, and it is worth £68.
I will use everything in the box. Another reason I decided to sign up was holiday season is truly upon us and the travel sized skincare products will come in very handy.
The only product I have tried before is the Bumble & Bumble Spray so I am excited to try the other products and explore new brands, and hopefully kick start my beauty mojo again.
