Over the past couple of years I have been adulting my days away, and decorating and revamping my house.
I admire anyone who takes on whole house renovations, I only had a new kitchen fitted and an outside decking area installed and nearly lost the will to live.
But as the old saying goes “hard work pays off” and I am here to tell the tale, and SO happy with the transformation.
The part I find great joy in and get so excited about is accessorising!

Plants, soft furnishings, vases, candles and pictures! Well they bring me so much joy.
Before I plan any revamp, I always have the accessories picked out first.
Grey and pinks colour schemes have really took off in recent years, and I must admit I have fallen in love with the trend.

I am in the process of sprucing up my bedroom and I was kindly asked to pick a rug from Land of Rugs to feature here on the blog.
I had an idea of what I wanted in mind, and headed on over to the Land of Rugs website.

I was on their website for around an hour trying to whittle down my wish-list, and pick just one.
There is so much choice!
From modern contemporary designs, to traditional style rugs there is something for everyone.
There is an option to tailor your size, budget and colour scheme. This aspect helps you to filter out the rugs you don’t want to see, and lets you focus on the wide range of rugs that you may have in mind.

After scrolling and scrolling I finally decided to choose the *Royal Nomadic Rose Cream Rug.
My bedroom colour scheme is grey and pink, and it works alongside my other accessories perfectly.
The Royal Nomadic rose cream is a shaggy soft pile rug, it is stylish and adds a warm and cosy vibe to my bedroom
The Nomadic design claims to be low maintenance, easy clean and non shedding.

Delivery was quick and free and the rug was packaged well. It had one layer of thick plastic casing around the rolled up rug, there wasn’t an overuse of packaging but nor was there any chance the rug could get damaged.
I am incredibly happy with my rug and the service from Land of Rugs.
Do you like the rug I chose?
Are you currently eyeing up a new rug?
If so, I highly recommend you pay Land of Rugs a visit here.
