I think my favourite type of gifts to receive are stocking fillers.
They usually include items that we need and use, but don’t really tend to buy for ourselves.
Below is a selection of some items that i have tried and tested, and that I highly recommend.
I have included products ranging from £5 to £25, so it should suit most budgets.
So let’s get cracking.
Described as the first smoothing base in stick form that unifies, smooths and shapes the lips leaving them perfectly prepared for lasting lipstick hold.
This is a much needed lip saviour around this time of year, as we are wearing lipstick a hell of a lot more. Our lips without a doubt are prone to become more dry and chapped.
It’s a little on the expensive side, but if you have a lipstick lover in your life, then this is a gift that they would be delighted with.
Sanctuary Spa bath and body products are always much welcomed. You can’t really go wrong gifting some bubbles.
Everyone showers and bathes, so why not make this experience a little more luxurious.
This gift set includes:
- Cleansing Burst Body Wash.
- Gentle Polish Body Scrub.
- Luxurious Body Butter
- Velvety Hand Cream
This *Baylis & Harding festive candle is nothing short of a bargain. Housed in a large heavy glass jar. It boasts a heavy top with a Christmas tree handle and a forest green embossed jar. The scent is woody with berry accents and it has a burning time of 38 hours.
Sleek make-up is one of my favourite high-street brands. This has rave review right across the web, and i can confirm it is all true.
An incredibly high quality pigmented highlighting palette. It is a luxurious make-up item, without the hefty price-tag.
Every make-up lover would be thrilled to have this in their stash.
A stunning book of poetry written by Rupi Kaur. I devoured this in one sitting. Rupi explores and writes poems about some very personal issues, alongside some beautiful artwork. This is the first poetry book i had ever read all the way through, and one of my favourite books of this year.
*Red Cherry Eyelashes:
I always put a couple of packs of false eyelashes into my friends gift bags. They are guaranteed to get used and are a beauty lovers must have. My favourite website is FalseEyelashes.com
They have such a wide array of brands and styles and free delivery within the U.K.
I have featured the L’oreal face mask on the blog before. I think they are great value for money. This mini set is a great way to try all three. It includes a detox, purify and glow mask that are to be used on certain parts of the face. The box comes with a handy picture and rundown of where each mask should be applied.
