I have used The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter on and off, for around a year now. It’s one of them that you stop using, buy again – and then wonder why you ever stopped?
This is an amazing cleanser. I have tried Emma Hardie’s Moringa Cleansing Balm, which is pretty expensive and I liked it, but hand on heart I prefer this Body Shop Butter.
Housed in a sturdy metal tin, I really love the packaging, I scoop out around a 10p sized blob. After my first cleanse, I work the butter into the face in circular motions, then remove with a warm damp flannel.
It feels absolutely beautiful on the skin, and is not heavily scented. It feels like a light, oily butter, and is very soothing and spreads with ease over the face. It is brilliant at breaking down make-up, and leaves the skin feeling so soft. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, it doesn’t break me out. It is just perfect at what it does.
It is a real pleasure to use, and so easy to remove – it also leaves no residue behind.
It would be extra special for those who suffer with dry or dehydrated skin, as it is so nourishing and helps to combat dryness.
It is travel friendly, so no worries about anything squirting out in a travel bag, which is always much welcomed right? It’s cheap as chips £12, but The Body Shop always have discount codes that can be used online, or in-store so just search Google, and you will be sure to get at-least 20% of your order.
